Twenty Four in '24 Update

In January, we shared our goal to license Twenty Four new foster homes in '24. We are officially halfway through 2024 and we wanted to share an exciting progress update.

Our amazing community has been stepping up to research, ask questions, gather information, take classes, fill out paperwork, and begin to prepare hearts and homes for vulnerable children.

Our staff has been working hard to answer questions, schedule classes, review paperwork, and complete home studies.

We are thrilled to share that we licensed 13 families just before the end of June!!

We are so encouraged that we hit the halfway mark right on time! However, we have a huge task ahead of us for the second half of 2024! We are committed to working hard over the next few months to reach our goal and we hope you can help us!

Once again, we are asking…

Could you be one of the foster parents we need?
Are you willing to make some room in your heart and home for a child who needs it for a time?
Can you choose to help a child who did not choose to be in foster care?
Will you help us reach our goal to meet the needs of children in Medina County?

We know there are already a lot of demands on you and your family. But ask yourself this:
If I don’t step up to help care for these children, who will?

Will you be one of the Twenty Four families we need in ’24 to help provide a safe and stable home for children? Will you at least find out a little more? You might be surprised at what you learn!
